The very first time you set foot on the OneBlock server, you are placed in spectator mode for a short guided tour. The camera moves on its own around the spawn area and four steps are shown, each with a title, a sound and a message in chat:
Welcome to Androlia! β the guide begins.
The Central Block β the block in the middle of your island. Mine it to get resources and advance through the phases.
Island Settings β a reminder that /ob settings lets you configure your island (name, glow, and more).
Have fun! β the guide ends and points you to /quests for your missions.
You don't have to do anything during the tour β just watch. When it ends you get control back and the adventure starts.
The guide only plays once, on your first join.
On the HUB, players walk through each other. Nobody can push you off a jump, block a doorway or shove you into a portal. This is automatic β there is nothing to enable.
On the OneBlock server, hitting or being hit by another player puts you in combat. While the combat tag is active:
you cannot run commands β no /ob join, no /hub, no escaping mid-fight;
if you disconnect, you die instantly. Logging out is not an escape.
Quitting during a fight kills your character and drops your inventory. Wait for the combat tag to expire before disconnecting.
Vanilla advancements are turned off across the whole network: no toast pop-ups, no chat announcements, and the Progress menu stays empty. This is intentional β the progression on Androlia goes through the OneBlock phases and the quests instead.
Your recipe book still unlocks normally, so crafting is never affected.
When you press Tab, you only see the commands you are actually allowed to use. If a command doesn't appear in the list, it is not meant for your rank β see Blocked Commands.
