Why some commands don't exist for you.
Androlia filters which commands players can see and run. This happens on two levels, and it's deliberate.
Press Tab in chat and you'll only see the commands you're actually allowed to use. Everything else is hidden — not because it's broken, but because showing you a list of commands you can't run is just noise.
If a command you expected doesn't appear, it's reserved for a rank you don't have.
Trying to run a command that isn't available to you gets a clear answer rather than a confusing error:
Proxy » You do not have permission to execute this command.
Nothing happens, and nothing is broken.
Seeing fewer commands than a friend with a higher rank is expected behaviour. It isn't a bug, and it isn't something support can "fix" — it's how ranks work.
If you believe you should have access to something that's being refused — for example a perk that came with a rank you just bought — open a ticket on the Discord and the staff will check your permissions.
